Refund Eligibility: An order is eligible for a refund only if it has not been assigned to a translator yet. Orders can be cancelled only when the order status is New. Once your order is assigned to a translator, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.

Acceptance Policy: Simultaneous Translation offers certified translations; however, we do not assume responsibility for determining whether any specific organization, court, government entity, or other party will accept our translations. Refunds are not provided for translations rejected by any such entity.

Revision Policy: Customers may request revisions to their orders. The decision to revise, whether to modify the original content or correct translation errors, lies with the translator. We do not revise original content, and revisions are provided free of charge. Requests for revisions must be made within 30 days of order completion.

Notarization Policy: All notarized orders are notarized in the State of__________.
